We are seeking a Recruitment professional who has a passion for leading people. You will be energetic, people orientated with enthusiasm that will see you learning from and working alongside an accomplished team, to deliver the best results.
Based in our North Sydney office, you will be responsible for leading a team as well as developing new business opportunities within the blue collar sector, and providing an end to end recruitment service for clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a growing team
- End to end recruitment
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Develop a strong candidate network
- Database management
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Leadership experience within the blue collar sector
- Successful track record in agency recruitment
- Proven background in successfully forging business and candidate relationships
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Sound computer literacy and use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
