We are currently seeking applications for a seasoned HR Operations Associate to join our HR People Operations, Asia Pacific team located in Bella Vista, Sydney.

Let's talk about the role:

This role will shape and deliver operational activities for the APAC region. The key functions of this role are to:

  • drive continuous process improvement initiatives
  • handle HRIS system updates while ensuring data integrity
  • provide Tier 1 support for our self-service case management portal
  • provide general HR operations support to the organisation.

You will participate in delivering effective change management projects through communications and training, while ensuring excellent customer service to a variety of internal partners including the wider HR team and other internal functions including Legal, Compliance, IT and Finance.

The role is responsible for the execution of assigned tasks to support employees, managers and other Human Resource teams in the local and Regional Service Centres.

Let’s talk about you:

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience working within a HR environment with expertise in process improvement and ensuring excellent data integrity through high quality data entry. You will have confirmed ability to validate data and document standard operational procedures.

You will have the ability to recognise and drive process improvement initiatives, have excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills which enable to you interact with all levels of the organisation.

Ideally one of your strengths will be the ability to prioritise numerous regular and ad-hoc tasks and the flexibility to work autonomously.

We are looking for someone who can bring a fresh thinking approach to this role, question current processes, have a strong appetite for continuous process improvements, and provide extraordinary customer service.

It is critical that you are comfortable working with ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.

Finally, you will have tertiary qualifications in HR or business and a minimum of 3 years experience - ideally from a global organisation working in cross functional teams. A sound understanding of Oracle HCM would be highly advantageous.

The main focus for the HR People Operations team is to work in partnership with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance and other COEs such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits and Training Partners, to enhance the delivery and execution of HR programs, processes, systems and policies. The team comprises a range of highly capable members who are always learning and striving for continuous improvement. The team is laser focused and decisive, while sharing the common goal of changing people’s lives with every breath.
