Overview of the position
As part of our national AGL RPO team you will report into one of the senior manager’s based in Melbourne and manage an integral portfolio for the business. You will be a brand ambassador for AGL, ensuring high touch customer service levels are provided to both candidates and stakeholders.

Attributes/ experience
As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist you will possess:

• End-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate portfolio
• Strong experience in developing recruitment strategies and the ability to adapt to changing concepts and priorities
• Experience in proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelining
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence
• Proven commitment to candidate and client care, teamwork and a professional attitude
