Your new role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Advisor to effectively support the business through the implementation of timely and effective Human Resources initiatives in accordance with legislative and company requirements.
This role includes the responsibility Implementing effective Performance Management systems to ensure employee performance is in line with company requirements and you will administer key HR Initiatives and other projects in line with the HR Strategic Plan.
Ideally, you will possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written),
- Presentation skills,
- Customer Service,
- Attention to Detail,
- Time Management,
- Problem solving and analytical skills,
- Ability to handle confidential information,
- Balances team and individual responsibilities.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or Psychology,
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
- Knowledge of various business practices relating to the employer life cycle and development Policy,
- Knowledge of performance management principles.
About you
You will have proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist in the completion of short to medium term objectives whilst having a fantastic ability to advise and manage key relationships within our business.
