THE ORGANISATION 
Our client is a leading, ASX listed business who have been recognised as one of Australia's greatest places to work! They foster an excellent culture and have truly incorporated flexibility into the workplace. They boast stunning, state of the art offices in Sydney CBD and they are looking for a Senior Internal Recruiter to join their People & Culture team on a contract basis. This role is initially a 6-8 week contract role with potential to extend. 

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work in a close-knit internal recruitment team and you will also be embedded in the broader People & Culture team. You will be responsible for the day to day recruitment processes across all departments and responsible for recruiting at all levels. You will source talent through a variety of methods including agency, direct, LinkedIn and other identified needs. You will partner with hiring managers to assess resourcing needs and provide recommendations. 
 
THE CRITERIA 
To be considered for this position you must have at least 3-5 years' experience in internal or agency recruitment. You must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to demonstrate initiative. You must be immediately available to start!
