This well established and high profile business is seeking a HR Advisor to join their supportive HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership for a region and utilize your skills in a good long term role.
You will be required to look after and be involved in the following;
- Provide accurate and responsive advice to the business
- Interpret policies, awards and legislation
- Support Managers in relation to the employee life cycle
- Take initiative and be proactive in providing business solutions
- Be responsible for related contracts, correspondence and employment material
- Review and maintain policies and procedures to support compliance
- Support the recruitment process and work closely with the HR Business Partners
- Manage and assist with adhoc project work
To be considered for this role you should have previous experience in a similar role. You will be comfortable with fairly manual processes and as such be organized and have a great attention to detail. As a true HR professional you will be customer focused, resilient and be able to build strong relationships across the business. This is a busy role which will require you to work autonomously at times as well as a part of a close knit team.
