HEW 8 - $93,546 - $105,347 per annum plus superannuation. This position is a full time, fixed term appointment until 30 June 2019.

The Role
As part of the People Partnerships team, this position works collaboratively with internal clients on strategic and operational people management and development matters within an assigned portfolio. The P&C Business partner works closely with the Portfolio leadership to understand business needs and provide professional human resource expertise and innovative solutions.

The Business Partner acts as a client relationship manager working closely with all P&C SME teams to implement programs and initiatives within their Client Portfolios.

The Candidate
To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
  • Previous relationship management and consulting skills
  • Project and change management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to link interventions with strategy
  • Extensive experience in interpreting and applying HR principles, industrial agreements and relevant legislation
