To support our success we are currently seeking a HSEQ Administrator to join the People, HSEQ and Communications Team in our Brisbane head office.

What does this role involve?
The HSEQ Administrator is responsible for performing a range of administration and other duties associated with the day-to-day service delivery of the HSEQ team and the achievement of the Sedgman HSEQ Plan. 

The role also includes:

  • Formatting and updating of HSEQ standard documents
  • Administering governance documentation in SharePoint, including upload of documents to new platforms
  • Undertake detailed monthly HSEQ statistical and general reporting, including seeking data from sites
  • Coordinate administrative support across a range of HSEQ activities, including meeting bookings, and taking minutes for meetings
  • Assist with the development and execution of HSEQ improvement projects as required.
  • Produce documents, reports, correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Undertaking medicals administration management and provide administrative support for health initiatives
What are we looking for?
  • Demonstrated experience in office administration, including high attention to detail
  • Proven skills in using document and data management software packages (Safety Databases, SharePoint), and advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, previous use of Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing varied tasks to agreed standards and timelines.
  • Demonstrate ability to collect, analyse and present information in a meaningful manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a high degree of literacy.
