Recruitment Consultant

- Salary - $55 - 65k pa + super (depending on level of experience)
Local Government Appointments specialises in providing employment services to Councils throughout New South Wales.
We pride ourselves on being the ‘People Who Know Local Government’ and provide temporary/contract placements efficiently to all Council streams.
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team in the role of Recruitment Consultant.
You will undertake full recruitment activities for both temporary and permanent placements – this will include initial screening of applicants, reference checks, interviews and post candidate care as well as continue to build and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
We are seeking an outgoing and capable individual looking for the next step in their career with a high attention to detail and a desire to learn whilst contributing proactively to the team on a daily basis.
You will ideally come from a HR background and/or a customer service environment with strong administration skills and experience in the end to end recruitment process is desirable.
