This is the perfect opportunity for a solid L&D specialist who is enthusiastic about both designing and delivering soft skill trainings. Our client is an exciting science company located in Lucas Heights. You will be working in a dynamic company with lots of flexibility and a gym on site. Parking is also available to no extra costs. As learning and development advisor you will be responsible for the design and delivery of L&D material.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing trainings and other L&D material
- Deliver the trainings to employees and line managers
- Liaise with different managers in the business
- Improve current L&D material
To be successful in this role you have 2 to 4 years experience in learning and development and you are familiar with working with a LMS. You have a hands-on mentality and you are looking for a long term opportunity.
