We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with high energy and ambition to join our well-established team and continue our 14+ year history of providing quality recruitment solutions across WA.

The successful applicant will have a very high level of self-motivation, an established arsenal of techniques which provide fast, efficient and accurate recruitment, together with an inner drive to meet and exceed targets.

Applicants must have a proven track record in Industrial Recruitment and Client liaison in the areas such as:

• Mining/ Construction - Plant Operators/ Drill & Blast
• Skilled Trades - Fitters/Mechanics/ Welders/ Electricians/ Carpenters
• Transport - Store persons/ Forklift Operators/ Drivers

Key responsibilities will be Recruitment, Client Management, and Lead Generation for our Business Development Team. The ability to provide an outstanding service, and optimise Client potential, is a must.

This is a permanent, full time role with our standard office hours being Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Suitably experienced candidates that are looking for shorter or alternative hours of work (eg School Hours) will be considered.

Excellent computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new systems, is desirable, as it will allow you an easy transition into Company Processes surrounding the JobScience (Salesforce) Recruitment Software.
