As our Resourcer, you will be responsible for attracting and identifying talent, placing, and retaining suitable candidates to place into positions with our Construction and Civil Engineering clients.
Your diverse day to day tasks will include:
- Face to face and phone interviews
- Collecting and assessing references and qualifications
- Teaming up with candidates to keep them working
- Making sure we all stay safe by managing candidates' Occupational Health and Safety processes.
To excel in this role, you will have
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly effective and clear communication
- Initiative to make arrangements for candidates and clients
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI and business targets
- Experience within the Construction Industry, or a Trades background is regarded favourably.
