The Role
We are currently seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our vibrant and professional Underdale Branch.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in industrial labour hire
- Sound understanding of OH&S requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident, friendly phone manner
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written)

- Ability to establish and foster strong working relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to do some travel around South Australia

- Resourcing for candidates for our regional branches
- Job ad writing
- Screening, interviewing and reference checking of candidates
- Database and performance management
- Data Entry
