About the Role
Reporting to the HR and Talent Acquisition Lead and based at our Shared Services Centre in Adelaide, you will collaborate and partner with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to deliver successful talent attraction campaigns across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. You will use your knowledge and influence to empower the Talent Acquisition team to tell the Serco story effectively to attract and nurture candidates, and leverage creative and engaging content to entice prospective candidates.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Solid experience in a Recruitment and/or Marketing role
- Experience in developing and implementing creative candidate attraction and networking strategies
- Extensive digital marketing expertise
- Sound functional knowledge of Google Analytics
- Strong ad writing, copy writing and design skills
- Robust understanding and experience in the use of social recruiting tools and avenues
- Understanding of wider recruitment related areas including metrics, branding, diversity and social media
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
