About the role
 
We are looking for an experienced L&D Manager to join our award-winning Sales Team. The Nine Sales team has progressed and developed largely over the past 2 years and we recognise that our people are our most valued assets. As we continue this growth our organisational development becomes key to our success. We are looking for someone that can continue to help us grow through 3 specific projects over the next 6 months. Working closely with the HR Manager you will engage with key stakeholders, organise logistics for training nationally and implement growth and success plans into the organisation. 
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand training needs and requirements
  • Revamp and Implement our Sales Academy, ensuring all content is accurate and relevant
  • Organise, coordinate and run the programs and monitor success
  • Organise the logistics of training implementation in fast pace sales environment.
  • Develop and design career success maps and development tools.
  • Provide advice on best practices for organisational development.
 
 
Desired Experience:
  • Strong L&D background from a well recognised corporate, commercial organisation.
  • High level consultative practitioner who can gain strong buy-in from the business and implement high impact and effective programs
  • Instructional Design & Project Management experience
  • Facilitation skills with the ability to implement and support train the trainer programs.
  • Highly engaging, can do attitude, solutions focused
  • Able to understand sensitivities around cultural and organisational change
  • Ability to have the credibility to deliver coaching to senior executives and managers
  • Ability to achieve results but also have fun in a vibrant and dynamic environment 
  • Degree qualifications are highly desirable
