Due to secondment, we would like to give one person the opportunity to work as HR Advisor in this fantastic community based organisation.
Working within a great small team with the support of a larger team of 80, you will work together to support the Managers and Employees in employment relation matters.
Main responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
- Provide advice to and coach managers and employees on organisational employment matters
- Policy, legislation and agreement interpretation
- Assist in working through workplace relation issues and performance management processes
- Help to identify improvements within the HR practices and systems
- Producing employment contracts
- Conduct position evaluations
- Participate in HR projects
- Strong relationship building with key stakeholders
To be considered for this position we are seeking:
- Strong experience as a HR Advisor
- Knowledge of Privacy Act, Fair Work Act, Equal Employment Act, National Employment Standards
- Ability to interpret employment agreements and policies
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on providing a high standard of work
