About the role

Reporting to a highly experienced Team Manager, you will be responsible to progress candidates through the recruitment process. Whilst building and maintaining continuous relationships with our candidates and managing stakeholder expectations. Your primary focus will be to support the business to achieve maximum job fill rates while delivering exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence. You will play a vital within the wider Candidate Relationship Management Centre to ensure all agreed service levels and quality standards including best practice procedures are adhered to at all times.

About you

You must be an effective communicator with a passion to achieve results and support a shared purpose and direction, this is essential to be successful in this role. You will need to be a key driver in a high performance culture with a commitment to customer service and delivery. You must be prepared to work a rotating roster which includes 1 week in 7 on afternoon shift and one rostered one Saturday in every 7 weeks.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience customer service role or similar
  • Demonstrated effective communication both written and verbal
  • Proven administration experience with a high customer contact
  • Strong attention to detail and following process
  • Ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly and thoroughly
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient user in Microsoft applications

Essential

  • Australian Citizenship
  • Be able to obtain and hold a Security Clearance
