ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be given in-depth training on the 360 degree recruitment process. Reporting to your Division Manager, a reputable recruitment professional, you will develop highly valuable soft and hard skills that will provide you with a solid platform to succeed in your career with us.

DUTIES.
  • Interview and shortlist Candidates
  • Manage Candidate and Client Portfolios
  • Business Development
  • Arrange Candidate meetings
  • Attend Client visits
  • Negotiation
  • Write and post job advertisements
  • Finalise placements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Previous recruitment experience is highly beneficial
  • A strong ability to work well both autonomously and in a team
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly presentable, with the ability to positively represent yourself and our company
