About the role
  • Lead all aspects of our people strategy and operations.
  • Support our Executives to make informed choices on their people agenda.
  • Enhance the way we attract, engage, motivate and retain our people across our sites from outback WA to Sydney’s north shore.
  • Drive our people agenda from culture, performance, development, workforce planning and organisation change and effectiveness.
  • Oversee our employee relations programme and manage lasting relationships between our business and our people.
  • Develop effective succession and development plans for our key people, high potentials and general talent management.
  • Collaborate with our HR community on a number of people programmes.
  • Promote our culture of Being Courageous and Doing What Matters.
About You
  • Positive change agent and results-driven team player who thrives on working with others to solve complex People challenges - particularly across our diverse range of teams and Australian wide locations.
  • Strong past performance in Human Resource Management delivering effective and measurable People initiatives, with an appropriate tertiary qualification.
  • A true generalist and commercial business partner, with a strong track record of best practice HR, employee relations and culture change programmes.
