Connecting2Australia is a not-for-profit community organisation focused on creating opportunities for people living with a disability or disadvantaged.
The Role:
As the OHS, Quality & Compliance Coordinator you are responsible for the overall conformance of C2A's funding bodies and the legislative frameworks that underpin the services provided.
Your key areas of responsibility are centred around statutory compliance and compliance with the requirements of multiple funding bodies including the accreditation standards each require.
This position is based in Frankston.
Key Selection Criteria
Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience in a compliance related role within a DHHS accreditation framework.
- OHS experience in a diverse service environment, experience in health, disability or community service will be well regarded.
- Ensuring all elements required for compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks are present and accounted for.
- Demonstrated track record in managing the multiple audit process within the above environment.
- Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive internal audit program
- Experience within an ISO accreditation framework, in particular with standards 9001,14001 & 4801.
- Proven ability to operate in a collaborative cross-functional team environment, providing thought leadership and market context to help reach key decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build frameworks around and partnerships using a metrics-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the development of new compliance tools and techniques that enable C2A staff to deliver innovative services at a high quality level.
- Current Victoria drivers licence.
