An industry leading Technology Organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join their team on a temporary on-going basis. You will use your expertise in to partner with the business and support a wide-range of recruitment initiatives during a significant growth period.
Your new role
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead and consulting with senior stakeholders, the position will encompass a variety of challenges at all stages of the recruitment life cycle.
- Taking in Full Job Briefs from Line Managers
- Posting jobs, coordinating medicals, telephone screenings, face to face interviews
- Experience recruiting a variety of roles including; Sales, IT and Finance.
- Oversee high volume recruitment operations
- Other ad hoc administrative duties where required
What you'll need to succeed
- Experienced in High Volume Recruitment
- Confident in the End to End Recruitment Cycle
- Professional in your approach and Communication Skills
- Excellent sourcing skills and Strategic approach to sourcing candidates
- Strong attention to detail and work well in a fast paced environment
- Confident communication skills and stakeholder management
- Fast Paced and Large Company Background
