An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month Maternity Leave replacement to join our Human Resources team. Working as part of a team of Human Resources Partners you will be responsible and accountable for:
- partnering with the business to deliver on its strategic objectives by facilitating a collaborative, safe, engaging and fair workplace that maximises the potential of people
- providing high level expert advice, skill development and coaching to managers relating to people management including work health and safety matters to build and promote a culture of excellence and high performance
- working collaboratively with the broader Human Resources team and subject matter experts to ensure effective service initiatives are delivered
- developing, implementing and supporting best practice people management policies, procedures and practices to support the organisation’s needs
Success in this role will require you to demonstrate:
- extensive experience gained in generalist HR roles within a complex environment
- demonstrated ability to partner with all levels of management and staff to provide coaching and support in relation to human resources policies and practices
- an excellent understanding of contemporary HR practices
- exceptional customer service skills
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- awareness and understanding of the NDIS (preferred)
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, psychology, industrial relations or a related desired field
