About the Role

As one of our L&D Advisors, you are integral in the end to end learning function for your stakeholders. You will establish effective and supportive partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.  Your programs will build capability that will contribute to our high performing and capable workforce.

  • Identify end user learning needs using a variety of methods Research, design, develop and pilot high quality contemporary learning material  to meet organisational, department and participant needs in consultation with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate learning events with learning outcomes effectively met and learner engagement maintained
  • Research specific learning areas, trends and activities and keep content current and relevant
  • Develop competency-based workplace (formative and summative) learning assessments with a feedback mechanism incorporated for managers, participants and facilitators
  • Ensure learning material developed is congruent with organisational, department, participant (and RTO standards and legislative requirements)

About You

You will have had a minimum 4 years experience L&D role in a commercial environment and hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

You will have demonstrated success in the design, development, delivery and piloting of learning in response to identified learning needs and specifications, appropriately utilising the range of best practice learning techniques.
