The Role
Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support Management onsite. They will be responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day coordination of the HR function. The successful candidate will ensure consistency and best practice in relation to employee relation's policies, practices and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations;
- Disciplinary Matters;
- Coordinate the performance management process to ensure consistency;
- Contractor/Casual workforce management;
- Learning & Development;
- Provide support to leadership team through organisational transformation.
- Formal qualifications in Human Resources or related field;
- Minimum 3-years experience in a generalist role;
- Experience working with EBAs;
- The successful candidate will be ambitious and have strong influencing skills with a proactive attitude.
