Your new company
In the heart of Parramatta this large NSW government department based are seeking an expert Training Manager for immediate start on a 3 month contract.
Your new role
Reporting into the Change Manager you will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing training across multiple sites, will a key focus on meeting key deliverables. You will develop train the trainer and customise existing training materials and quick reference guides. Responsible for scheduling and obtaining feedback you will be a seasoned Training Manager with experience on large change programs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in coordination of training, strong stakeholder management and experience with ERP. A proven track record of delivering large scale training projects is essential. You will ideally have experience from NSW Government, or a proven ability to develop knowledge of the NSW Government Sector
