As a recognised supplier of recruitment services since 1993, Australian Personnel Solutions (APS) is an Australian owned and operated company supplying an extensive range of Transport, Industrial and Commercial recruitment services across a variety of Industries.
One of our clients have approached as to assist them in finding a Full time 360 Recruitment consultant to assist them onsite with their internal HR requirements. The role will be 38hrs a week for 8-12 weeks potentially longer depending on the recruiters experience.
We are searching for people who are not only proactive but are also acutely aware of the time critical nature of the recruitment industry. You will posses an outgoing personality and a can do attitude. No task will be too much trouble and you're primary concern is ensuring you are providing 100% service to your clients and employees!
To be successful in this role you will have had experience in 360 recruitment! and be familiar with commercial, industrial and executive roles.
Main duties include:
Recruitment of permanent employess
Managing the recruitment process
Screening
Interviewing
General admin duties
To be successful:
Preferably Experience in end to end recruitment
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Own reliable car and Licence
Self motivated, vibrant and full of energy
Ability to work in a team
Sound admin skills and attention to detail
