You will be working on the end to end recruitment including the identification, screening and appointment of potential employees. Reporting to the Director, you will utilise your excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will be based at our Head Office in East Perth.
Working with the HR team, you will also assist as required with any HR related activities and initiatives.
Some of your key responsibilities, and activities you will have the opportunity to participate in will include:
- Providing recruitment services and advice on advertising, selection and talent sourcing.
- Pre-screening and booking candidate interviews.
- Running training sessions and presenting in front of groups, as required.
- Supporting the development of position descriptions, uploading resumes, selecting external vendors and preparing recruitment advertisements.
- Reporting / Analysing data.
Key requirements:
- University degree relating to HR (Bachelor of Commerce)
- A superb team player
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast changing environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to move between a variety of roles
