Human Resources - Business Partner 

HRS is partnering with their client to secure a Human Resources - Business Partner to join the head office in Brisbane.  They are a privately owned Australian business that specialises in delivering refurbishment, fit out and construction projects. They are a fast-growing business that genuinely seeks to create a difference in its people and to leave a positive impact as it grows.

The Opportunity

This opportunity will suit someone who is generally excited about making a difference, with the desire to create change, learn and impart new skills. This role will see you take on the HR Function within a very busy construction business that prides themselves on their culture and how they deliver to their clients. The role will also initially encompass payroll duties however this will be outsourced relatively quickly. With a flat management structure this role will see you work collaboratively and become part of the management team overseeing the HR and business partner function for both Brisbane and Sydney team.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications including business qualifications
• Ideally having experience working within the construction, property, project management or engineering space would be advantageous
• You will have a open approach for to HR and business, be forward thinking and have genuine people skills
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Sounds marketing experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
