Your opportunity
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced volume recruiter to manage the end-to-end contact centre recruitment for our client, StarTrack. Based in Melbourne CBD, this role will initially be offered as a 6-month contract, with good potential beyond.
You will work to tight timeframes to achieve a monthly volume intake of customer service consultants as well as fulfilling additional requirements for team leaders, supervisors and other ad hoc roles. This is your chance to build strong relationships with all hiring managers and client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to the client for all recruitment related activity.
About you
The successful candidate will have solid exposure to contact centre recruitment or a similar volume recruitment process, including facilitation of assessment centres or group interviews. You will have a mature approach and will be highly motivated by the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, with the ability to manage expectations and push back where required.
You will have proven skills in interviewing candidates both over the phone and in person and will be confident in making hiring decisions. Strong attention to detail is also crucial for the role and prior experience processing pre-employment medical and police checks is desirable, although not essential.
