The Opportunity

Our business, Method Recruitment has been established for nearly 3 years and we have grown year on year with little turnover in our Melbourne office. We have recently hired a director for NSW and are looking to grow the team organically over the next few years. This could be your opportunity to help build this culture and business in NSW over the medium to long term. We are here to assist organisations to create great IT teams and become true partners.

The Challenge

Some of the key responsibilities you will have include:

• Maintaining and growing a client portfolio of leading companies
• Maintaining and growing a candidate portfolio
• Participating in a range of business development activities and projects
• Participating in a range of learning & development activities
• Manage and grow the team
• Take ownership of Digital and Development
• Proactive headhunting and candidate sourcing
• Working with established client relationships while continually growing new relationships

The Expertise

• 3 + years experience working in a end to end recruitment position
