My client is actively seeking an, energetic and fast-paced recruiter or resourcer This is a candidate sourcing role and therefore there is no Business Development (no Cold sales calls to clients)

Your main aim is to find suitable candidates for live roles, assisting experienced recruiters and account managers, primarily with Founders and Practise Leads. 

If you have a background in IT recruitment or resourcing in a fast-paced environment then this may be your perfect role. 

Role: 
 
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the speed and drive to work multiple roles.  This role is not your standard support Resourcing role – the focus is on sourcing for quality candidates, however you may also be given client contact and need to be able to deliver on the role from requirements gathering through to final follow up. Excellent communication skills, detailed organisation, and the ability to make decisions without needing assistance are key to success in this role.
