Our client are a global professional services organisation and are currently recruiting for an HR Adviser to provide day to day operational support to the HR team based in Perth CBD. This is a corporate office and the ideal candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of three years HR experience working within a national organisation.
Responsibilities;
- Provide timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the business
- Specialised analysis and reporting as required by the Human Resources Manager
- Support the HR team with collating data for reports
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide generalist HR support to national HR team as needed
Key Criteria;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to influence/coach and undertake negotiations
- Strong practical experience and technical knowledge
- University degree qualification in HR or relevant discipline
- Strong problem solving skills and common sense
- Resilience and a positive attitude
