Responsibilities

Resourcer

• Report to the CEO and support the sales team to source talent for various Learning Consulting projects
• Liaise closely with the Learning Operations Manager
• Develop and maintain an ongoing pool of Learning Consultants including Instructional Designers and Change Consultants - for clients
• Deal with the candidates over the phone and face to face
• Know the pool and rapidly re-activate the relevant Consultants
• Proactively find ways to source high calibre Learning Consultants through:
  • your own and MCI networks
  • Social media sites including LinkedIn
  • job boards
  • MCI Salesforce database
  • Attending industry networking events
• Build a pipeline of talent for client projects
• Liaise with the Learning Consultants

Recruiter

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across all business areas: Administration, Sales, IT, Academic, Accounts, HR and Management
• Actively promote the MCI brand in all interactions with candidates and external providers
• Manage all aspects of the internal and external recruitment process spanning advertising, shortlisting, interviews, reference checking, contract production, and offer negotiation

Background and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in agency recruitment as a Resourcer or on a high-volume temp desk
• Training, education or learning experience valued
• Knowledge of instructional design and learning consulting highly valued
• Deep understanding of social media recruitment tools
• Strong candidate management / relationship building skills
• Ease with operating computer systems and software packages, with sound Microsoft Office skills

• A tertiary or bachelor’s qualification in Business, Communications or Marketing and a qualification or certification in Digital Marketing will be highly regarded
