Our Arndell Park team are successfully growing quarter on quarter. We look after many Blue Chip Logistics organisations, National and Multi-national and have an enviable client list. 
     
About the role

• Manage a busy, established clients
• All aspects of recruitment sales
• 360 recruitment for white collar and professional placements
• Build successful business relationships with both clients and candidates
• Manage a high volume of temporary employees across Western Sydney primarily
• Conduct candidate inductions and on site management of employees 
• Liaising with supervisors and managers and hr departments

About you

• Proven experience in a fast paced role
• A proactive and positive approach to work
• The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• The ability to work effectively as part of a small, efficient team
• Impeccable customer service and relationship building skills
