Due to staff movement and internal promotion our client is currently seeking a strong administrator with fantastic interpersonal skills across all levels to assist their recruitment team. This is a temporary opportunity for approximately 6 to 8 weeks with an immediate start.

Providing administrative support for organisational recruitment activities the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries
  • General word processing and correspondence
  • Assisting the Recruitment staff with the coordination of interviews, pre-employment medical appointments and clerical testing
  • Assist with conducting initial screening of applications including short listing, telephone screening and reference checking
  • Maintaining the Recruit Online database
  • Scanning and uploading candidate packages and returned candidate documents into Recruit Online
  • Monitoring shortlist file on a monthly basis
  • Disseminating recruitment-related reports and forms to sites and Payroll
  • Sorting electronic resumes into each site file
  • Checking client feedback from managers daily and sending required letter / email and then changing the application status.
  • Administering clerical testing, scanning and recording results
  • Preparation of pre-employment medical invoices for processing
  • Reception relief as required.

Essential skills and experience required for this role:

  • Intermediate level MS Office skills
  • Typing speed of 60wpm 
  • Proven experience in a role providing confidential administrative support
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in a HR environment is highly desirable
