We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader who is highly motivated, a self starter, has a strong focus on driving sales and experience in managing a small team with existing customers. Our office is strategically located at Notting Hill, Victoria. The role is supported by an experienced national team and an established brand.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years recruitment experience along with solid employer networks, contacts and labour market knowledge.
The key duties of this role include:
- Driving and growing labour hire and perm placements
- Business development and employer networking
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase business levels
- Managing a small team and supporting them to deliver a service that exceeds the expectations of our clients
