Recruitment Consultant
Top Notch Teaching Agency is a leading provider of casual relief staff to schools and kindergartens across Melbourne. Our business is built on delivering high quality staff and unmatched service to our schools.
We are seeking a recruitment consultant to manage the placement of our teachers into our client schools.
The role
Working alongside the Business Manager, you will:
- Recruit, interview and place casual relief teachers and support staff into our client schools.
- Assist our client schools with the selection of teacher candidates for short and long term teaching positions.
- Develop strong and meaningful relationships with our client schools.
- Manage teacher availability and work guarantees.
- Develop new business relationships with prospective client schools.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills / attributes:
- An ability to work under pressure, think logically and problem solve.
- Be a team player; receiving and providing support to others, in order to achieve team goals.
- Have a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and be passionate about client satisfaction.
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills and be energised by connecting with new people and developing new relationships.
- Ideally have a background in school or education OR similar recruitment role.
- Have a valid drivers licence.
The Job
- Early start, early finish (6.30am to 12.30pm) PLUS on call in the evenings.
- Bayside based office.
- 5 weeks annual leave.
