Design and develop innovative learning content

Your new company
This unprecedented educational establishment are seeking 3 education designers.

Your new role as an education designer will report into the Product Operations and Projects Manager, and will be accountable for developing innovative learning design solutions and online courses.
You will be part of the broader course development process and you will work in teams to deliver engaging learning activities and experiences. Including:

• Translate adult education and process into clear and concise instructional content
• Design and develop a range of learning support ensuring learning design standards
• Build and maintain a strong working relationship and consultation with unit academic leads, industry leads and members, ensuring ongoing engagement with the curriculum network.

What you'll need to succeed
As a educational training designer you will have:

• Experience across all phases of learning and development
• Expertise in educational instructional design in a tertiary environment with understanding of unit and curriculum development in adult education.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and influence complex stakeholders and demonstrated experience managing concurrent projects and programs.
• Demonstrated efficiency in administration and reporting ideally with prior exposure to a relational database, student learning platforms and project management tools.
• Tertiary qualification in Education / Learning Design / Instructional Design / e-Learning or a related discipline area
• Ability to coach and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, think critically, make strategic decisions and integrate all considerations of a diverse community
