OPS Screening & Crushing Equipment (OPS) have an impressive operating history of over 27 years of continued growth, with offices in WA, NT, SA, NSW and Indonesia as a leading supplier of mobile and screening, crushing, conveying and environmental equipment. As a result of our continued growth, we require the services of a qualified, motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant. OPS has recently relocated into a large modern workshop facility that allows us to continue our growth path, to meet our expansion goal. Recently we have expanded our business into Indonesia, which is an extremely exciting opportunity for us.
OPS currently have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in our new Bibra Lake facility.
To be successful in the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- 5+ years blue collar resource industry experience. Internal or Agency
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box.
- Exceptional communication skills and very well presented.
- A successful track record in your previous recruitment roles.
If you are looking for something more than just recruitment all day every day then this maybe the job for you. Your day will be broken up into other areas of HR, Safety and Workers Compensation while recruitment still being the main focus. This is not a HR Generalist role.
An immediate start is available, however we are prepared to wait for the right candidate, so if you are currently in a position and are required to give an extended notice period, then we will wait for you.
