A Project Manager is needed for this Integrated advertising agency. Supporting the Project Director you will manage overall timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure effective workflow through the agency. This role would suit somebody who has a keen eye for detail, the ability to communicate at all levels and calm under pressure.
Client facing, managing retail briefs, deadlines, timings, estimates and resource scheduling - responsible for managing workflow through the production studio. Deliverables on this fast paced business include: Posters, digital-screens, postcards, flyers, counter mats, lightboxes, merchandising guides, sales toolkits.
Responsibilities:
· Develop & understand the clients business, needs, expectations and requirements.
· Partner with the account team and client to understand scope, plan and schedule resource requirements
· Acts as a point-of-contact to the client on all day-to-day project related issues.
· Communicate with heads of department confirming upcoming work in pipeline and provides and updates all timing plans
· Produce all retail production estimates using agency accounting software
· Create project/timing plans, discuss timings with internal teams & client
· Responsible for raising and maintaining awareness of all project issues and risks and for identifying and working with appropriate parties to develop solutions.
· Accountable for the financial lifecycle;- forecasting, estimating & approvals, maintain budget trackers, PO's and monthly JCR's.
· Books internal/external resources
· Liaises with all production departments regarding timings, budgets and ensures deliverables are met
· Manages vendor/3rd party relationships appropriate to the retail business
· Recognises resourcing overload early and problem solves to remove barriers/issues
· Recognises any production issues early and provides solutions to enable smooth approval & delivery
· Production process guardian
