User Experience Agency based in Melbourne specialising in experience design and strategy as well as the creation and development of user interactions. These guys build from the ground up, and apply a true human-centered approach to their solutions. 

This is a permanent position for an passionate digital producer to help deliver some new and exciting projects for some of their largest clients.

You will be proactive and outgoing, well organised and enthusiastic.  Successful planning & execution is paramount to the role.

Responsibilities

• To support the business with both small and large scale UX projects
• To work closely with the Client and project owners to define requirements, prioritise and implement a digital project; delivered on time and budget
• To produce documentation including communication plans and routine project status reports to key stakeholders
• To manage the day to day operational aspects of a variety of digital projects and scope
• To stay relevant in relation to industry trends and influences in relation to digital technology, web standards, social networks, e-commerce and mobile technologies and the potential opportunities/risk for organisation

Experience

• Currently working as a Digital Producer (mid-senior level)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You will have the ability to drive end-to-end process and execute tasks with a great attention to detail
• Managing internal and external account relationships
• Impressive communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients
• A proven track record in fast paced environments
• An in-depth understanding of both UX Design and Development process
