Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Photography Technician for a high volume digital photography studio. We are looking for individuals who are strong communicators, detail-oriented, and have a passion for photography. This role is responsible for confirming that technical standards are upheld on sets, and working with on set Photographers and Art Directors to meet those needs. This role also works closely with internal business contacts to resolve live image issues. Other key responsibilities include assuring an error free flow of image and video files and ensure that technical requirements of assets are met. We also require someone to bring efficiency and innovation to this role.

Description

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following;

• Proficiency with Capture One, Photoshop, Bridge & Light room
• Knowledge of colour management policies and best practice
• Proficient working knowledge of still and moving imaging software for Mac and PC platforms
• Intermediate skills with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Profile

They will also possess;

• Diploma or equivalent
• Professional experience as a retoucher, photo assistant or digital technician in a commercial photography studio environment
