About the role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the HSBC World Rugby 7's and the Vitality Football accounts. We are looking for someone who can represent our business in a highly professional manner, a client handler and an innovative thinker.
This unique role works across brand consulting (Football) and rights management (Rugby 7's).
Key Responsibilities
VITALITY FOOTBALL
Management of key client relationships.
Devising campaign strategies aligned to client insights.
Implementation & planning of all aspects of the campaign touch points (working with sister agencies).
End to end sponsorship planning & delivery.
Strategy and activation planning .
Digital & Social strategies.
Campaign review, analysis interpretation of measurement results and recommendations to the clients.
Lead Internal and all agency brainstorms and ideas development.
Key Responsibilities
HSBC WORLD RUGBY 7's
Management of key sponsors.
Rights holder management.
Campaign roll out and live activations.
On going delivery of associated rights
Live tournament and activation delivery.
Budget management.
Management and organisation of talent and or ambassador appearances.
Development and coordination of project timelines, budgets and client status reports .
Lead in weekly status meetings, planning and review sessions with clients.

Skills and experience
A degree in an associated field or equivalent industry experience
A proven track record of managing and developing a team.
At least three years' experience working in a similar agency based role.
A keen interest in Rugby & Football, previous experience in the sector would be preferable.
Experience of handling multi rights holder relationships within the sports industry
Experience of working with consumer brands
Ability to build great relationships with clients.
