Ecommerce Marketing Manager

For this role, we are looking for a Junior E-Commerce Marketing Manager who understands digital marketing and has a passion for creating. You will work on sourcing new products to feature on the website and develop digital marketing strategies for database and revenue growth. You will be responsible for achieving a weekly budget plus other related targets and be involved in partnerships, social media, social ads, email marketing, affiliate marketing and more.

 

This is a big role for bright star who is a digital specialist and keen to be part of an exciting and dynamic team, and is willing to get their hands dirty and drive success.

 

Job tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Own online sales targets
  • Drive database growth including offline partnership strategies
  • Create and implement marketing strategies across all channels including SEM, display, email, social, print, experiential, partnerships and affiliate
  • Data analysis and reporting (first interview will ask for examples of where you have made decisions based on data)
  • Manage the website and customer service

 

Skills, experience and requirements:

 

  • Proven record of growing online businesses
  • Must have experience with ecommerce platforms (Magento a plus)
  • Digital marketing experience, confident with Google Analytics, Facebook for business, and email marketing platforms  
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Gets data
  • Commercially creative and savvy
  • And interest in craft and textiles
