Our client is an award winning creative agency that is experiencing steady growth in Perth. We've been engaged to help find an Account Planner to help bolster the agencies strategic offering.
The Position
As Strategic Planner, you will work within the strategic planning team along side account service and creatives to determine the best marketing and advertising strategy for clients. You will work a range of in-depth insights to write and develop an effective strategy from a channel & creative agnostic perspective, to help brands find relevance with their audience. (This is not an execution role)
Successful Applicants
We are looking for a seasoned strategic planner with 3-5 years agency experience who is aware of the commercial challenges businesses face for relevance. They require thinkers who can approach strategy from a 'channel creative neutral' perspective and look at providing plans at a marketing and business level. The ability to understand human behaviour and identify key insights that drive great creativity, and engagement or connections planning knowledge, particularly in digital and social is also highly desirable.
