As Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating agency efforts to deliver on client briefs and meet client requirements. You will be a key account contact, assisting the team to deliver a high level of service to clients.
There is an expectation of consistent, high-quality work from all Account Manager, across the following responsibilities:
- Know the status of all your jobs in the agency
- Act as a liaison point for the client
- Manage multiple projects and prioritise workload
- Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders
- Challenge clients when relevant, offering constructive and thoughtful ideas
- Ensure all briefs and propositions are customer grounded
- Share market-relevant news and trends
- Write compelling briefs and clear, considered debriefs, making it easy for us to get work right the first time
- Ensure timings are always being kept up to date and manage scope changes effectively
- Manage the end to end creative process with the support of the Senior Business Manager/Business Director
- Confidently deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage time and budgets in Workbook
