About us
We're a fun, hard-working bunch at AV 24/7 and we're looking for someone like-minded to join our growing team.
Here at AV 24/7 we aim to provide the best in visual, audio, and lighting design and production. We have over 15 years' experience in the events industry and work throughout Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast. You would be based with our team in Caringbah but would work all over Sydney and interstate as needed. Specialising in creative, progressive and complex jobs, we work with the best equipment to give our clients innovative, tailored event solutions. Product launches, in-house services, exhibitions, experiential marketing events and concerts are just a few personalised services that we provide.

About the role
You will:
- Consult with sales to determine the requirements and scope of proposed audio-visual projects.
- Liaise with sales and use your creative and technical expertise to design and plan innovative event solutions.
- Provide sales with quotations, proposals and bids with collaboration from Technical/Delivery Teams within strict guidelines.
- Show off your skills; supervise the delivery, installation, operation and pack down of audio, vision and lighting systems
- Mentor, lead and coordinate our team on-site and in the warehouse
- Uphold our impeccable reputation and ensure the technical quality of all events are of the highest standard
- Liaise with our clients, crew, asset management team and freelancers in a professional and sincere way - we're a really friendly bunch and nothing is too much trouble.
About you
- You live and breathe AV and all things technical and have had a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- You are passionate about providing clients with memorable experiences.
- You possess strong technical knowledge and experience in audio and vision with an interest in lighting.
- Time management, attention to detail and communication skills are a must.
- You are creative, curious and motivated to take things to another level; we're a growing company and your voice counts.
- A natural leader and a team player; we're going to motivate and fuel each other during those busy times.
- Current C class driver's licence.
- You have a sense of humour and a light-hearted attitude; you want to work hard and have fun in doing so.
