The opportunity
You will be an integral part of creating and delivering information and communications for our clients – whether that be supporting new leadership to launch a new strategy or message, or responding to digital disruption or customer centricity through communications leadership on a change program.
 
Your key responsibilities
In your role you will lead a communications team and play a key role in elements such as:
•            Design and implement effective communications strategies and plans in challenging client environments
•            Manage complex and critical stakeholder relations at the most senior level
•            Developing innovative communications solutions to drive behaviour change
•            Drive our EY Creative Communications offering, build capability within the EY team and sell the benefits to our clients.
 
Skills and attributes for success
  • You will be agile, flexible, strategic and tactical as well as highly creative.
  • You will have a strong grasp of strategic goals, as well as the ability to tactically execute if required.
  • You will look at the big picture as well as take care of day to day operations and provide direction to your team to deliver from concept development to production and delivery
  • You will bring innovation to our team with new tools and techniques to ensure we stay effective and relevant.
     
 
To qualify for the role you must have
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism or a related field such as Marketing. 
  • You will have held a leadership role in internal communications or a creative agency previously
  • You will have been working in communications environments for over 5 years
  • You will have excellent client management skills - prior consulting experience is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in a consulting environment highly desirable
     
Ideally, you’ll also have
•            Mastery in communications planning and execution
•            Proven leadership and collaboration skills
•            Proactive business development skills
