What’s the job?

Reporting to the Campaign Management Team Leader, this role is responsible for the successful performance and retention of digital advertising campaigns to our customers nationally.

With the customer at the forefront of all you do you will closely monitor success metrics and conduct regular reviews with customers and manage reporting. Your business acumen will help you identify opportunities and influence sales for future business.

Working with fulfillment and delivering efficient and intuitive solutions will really test your knowledge and excite you. You will identify potential campaign issues and flag this before customer is lost, proactively deliver customer solutions whilst responding to customer queries in a timely manner.

Who you are

You will bring a great level of positive energy and support to our fast-paced team, deliver across multiple deadlines, possess a high level of internal and external customer service skills and have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

You are analytical and enjoy the challenge of making the complex simple. You will build great working relationships with our digital specialists, sales teams and fulfilment teams.

Exposure to digital marketing will be an advantage, otherwise a hunger and will to learn at speed will be highly regarded as full training will be provided.

Customer-centricity is an absolute MUST and a ‘can do’, positive and flexible attitude is needed to be successful in this role as you will be working as part of a team set to achieve big results!
