The Client
Our client is a leading independent creative agency well known in QLD and adored by many of its competitors and clients. They create lasting connections between people and brands, and do so through a channel/creative agnostic mindset. Growth has seen the need for a proven client services leader to take the torch from the former Client Services Director who has received a promotion.
Scope
For now you will inherit a great team who collectively manage the agency's leading client folio across a diverse range of brand categories. You will also be heavily involved at the executive level to grow the agency, pitch, and help evolve the creative/strategic offering. You will continue to nurture a great team that is hungry to learn, and use the energy you bring to continue to maintain and grow an already great culture.
Successful Applicants
Our client is looking for leaders who furthered their creative career in developed international markets as well as locally. You're that individual who is highly ambitious, a proven leader, someone well respected by clients, and equally one who's absence would be sorely missed a creative thought leader. You are well travelled throughout the world, and has been exposed to working in regions with consumer markets culturally and racially diverse. Prior experience in a 50/50 tactical and strategic oversight.
